Terms & Conditions
-
Products and services sold by Herbal Senses are non-refundable.
-
Paid deposits and fees for treatments are valid for a one (1) year period, and will not be refunded or exchanged for other products and services after the expiration date.
-
If you want to cancel your appointment or change the time of your treatment, you will need to notify the company 24 hours in advance and during business hours. Otherwise the company will automatically deduct payment for the booked treatment service.
-
If you are absent without notice, the treatment will be considered used. In the event that you are late, you can only complete the remaining time of your treatment. For example, if an appointment is made for a treatment session between 18:00 - 19:00, and the customer arrives at 18:10 (i.e. 10 minutes late), the treatment session can only last for 50 minutes. The treatment time will not be reissued, so please be on time.
-
Customers must return the binder and cloth used in their first treatment session on their own initiative once treatment is complete.
-
Treatment times will not be reissued if the on-site treatment is postponed on the same day, or if the customer leaves due to other reasons.
-
Door-to-door services are inclusive of basic transportation fares. Surcharges will apply for remote locations, the New Territories, outlying islands as well as areas with stairs and inclines. Such additional fees will be discussed separately. In addition, travelling that requires walking distances of 10 minutes or more, changing of transport to reach your location from the MTR station, and taxi charges, will all be calculated on the basis of actual reimbursement.
The effects of the treatment varies from person to person, and the company will not make any promises or be held accountable for the effects of the treatment. In case of any disputes, the decision of Herbal Senses Limited is final.
